After receiving my email, they did credit my account the same day. I waited for more then a month to see the credit show up and it never showed.
Paid for item and invoice indicated correct purchase. However, the received was a standard 900 mAh battery.
Advertised was a 1700 mAh battery for extended capacity. They sent a return mailing label.
After notification, they were willing to sell the standard battery at a lower price. Since I already had a standard battery, this was not an option.
I finally sent an email reminding them to credit my account. Overall, they did take care of me, but it took some effort on my part.
